Seiska (Swedish: Sjuan) is the eighth highest league in the Finnish Soccer League system. The section winners are promoted to the Kutonen. The only area in Finland that covers this level of football is the Helsinki district.There are 3 League Sections at this level which are administered by the Helsinki District of the Football Association of Finland (Suomen Palloliitto).There are three sections the first two of which have 14 and 15 teams respectively with teams playing each other once. The third section has 8 teams who play on a home and away basis.
