Leonard Len Incigneri (3 January 1884-1964) was an Australian rules football player and coach. He played for South Melbourne Football Club and Melbourne Football Club in the Victorian Football League (VFL) and Richmond Football Club in the Victorian Football Association. He played one game for the South Melbourne Football Club in the in 1903 and a second and final game in 1905. He then played for the Richmond Football Club in the Victorian Football Association in 1906 and 1907 then in the VFL from 1908 to 1911, where he was captain-coach in 1911. Finally he spent two years at the Melbourne Football Club, as a player in 1913, and as captain-coach in 1914.
